How does the two-way messaging service work?

SmartCane’s two-way messaging service allows direct communication between farmers and our platform. Farmers can receive Whatsapp notifications and alerts regarding field conditions, crop advice, and important updates. They can also send messages to the platform to ask questions, request assistance, or share information about their crops.
