Weekly Report

Report summary

The first page of the report gives a quick overview of it's content by summarizing it. Here you will find information on:

  • Date and location of the report
  • Report structure
  • Overall farm uniformity
  • Overall farm growth

Farm-wide analysis and perfromance indicators

The second page of the report shows our main performance indicators (KPIs) for the farms and fields we monitor:

  • Uniformity
  • Growth
  • Weed presence
  • Gap presence
  • Yield predictions

FIELD ALERTS

Based on field level KPI's we generate alerts if field performance is not as we expect it to be. Example alerts:

Field A ~ Significant gaps detected - monitor closely

Field D ~ High risk of growth decline detected

Overview map - current week

Page four shows all fields currently part of the monitoring service. The map allows for a quick view on farm growth status and gives an indication of weekly focus points

Table of contents

Allows for easy access of all field maps. A hyperlink is integrated into each feature

Field analysis: content

Each field that is being monitored will have a page dedicated to it. On this page the development of the field is presented using three distinct features:

  1. Maps: From left to right you find: a field overview of three weeks ago, a field overview of two weeks ago, a field overview of last week, a map showing the change of growth in the last week and a map showing the change in growth over three weeks.
  2. Graphs: From left to right we show a graph of the weekly average chlorophyll levels (essentially the growth curve) and, the cumulative CI curve (essentially showing the accumulation of biomass throughout the season).
  3. KPI's: On the bottom of the page we show the KPIs mentioned on page two above. These indicators are field specific.

Field analysis: Practical example

Use the maps to view week-by-week growth/decline. It allows for you to understand short term patterns ( local stress or weeds) as well as long term patterns (steady growth or more widespread stress).

The graphs allow for long term growth tracking as well as showing indicating recent dips in health. Furthermore, in the graph we can visualize past seasons, allowing you to benchmark this seasons growth with previous (or really successful season).

The key performance indicators at the bottom of the page show further model output and assist in understanding the situation through growth, uniformity, weed, gap and yield indications.

KPI Overview table

On this page we give an overview of the field KPIs for all fields on the farm that we monitor. This allows you to summarize all fields with weed problems or with patchy growth.

Report Methodology and Definitions

The last three pages give explanation to all terms, calculations and visualizations used in the report. This section will be your reference for all the details that go into this report. From chlorophyll indicator explanation to yield predictions.
